Qualifications

Job Description:

• Respond to and resolve performance issues of various systems.
• Ability to multitask and switch between projects and respond to customer’s requests.
• Ability to provide superior customer service and maintain cooperative working relationships with the KIS Team and end-users.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements:

• Experienced in Microsoft Operating Systems.
• Experienced in MS Exchange 2013 and 2016.
• Experienced in Windows 2008, 2012 and 2016.
• Experience with Citrix, VMWare, Office365 and/or Azure a plus.
• Updated certifications desired but not required.

Additional Required Skills:

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Confident, self-reliant comfortable in making decisions.
• Enthusiastic, motivated and demonstrates a positive “can-do” attitude.
