General Service Agreement

At KIS, we feel our customers are entitled to excellent service without having to commit to a pre-specified number of hours or dollars.

ALL KIS, customers receive:

  • 4-hour response to emergencies.
  • 24×7 support coverage (by prearrangement).
  • An in-person briefing with our engineer when we arrive at your site.
  • Copies of our written work records attached to each invoice, each record showing what work was performed, and making any necessary recommendations.
  • An in-person debriefing with our engineer before we leave your site.

We don’t require a service contract to begin working with you. Use us on a pay-as-you-go basis at first. Once you’ve become comfortable with us, if you think you’d like purchase a prepaid support agreement, we can do so at that time.

Service Contracts

If you have a large project, or wish to use us as an ongoing resource for an extended period of time, we have an optional service agreement, which allows prepayment for a block of hours in exchange for a labor discount.

  • An in-person debriefing with our engineer before we leave your site.
  • Remote Help Desk Support.
