| Q: | What do we have to commit to in order to get a 4-hour response? |
| A: | Nothing, all of our clients receive 4-hour, 7 x 24 response. We have an emergency paging system with a certified engineer always available. As with all worthwhile things, accelerated response carries a cost. We charge a minimum of a 50% surcharge on our usual hourly rate for emergency calls, and a minimum of a 100% surcharge for emergency calls received after-hours. Please contact our office and request a copy of our billing rate sheet for full details. |
