End Point Security

KIS has continually monitored and maintained the highest standards for End Point Security. KIS has partnered with the most successful security vendors to provide a wide range of tools to protect and monitor client systems and servers. Many times, end point security is confused with Anti-Virus tools. The fact is that end point security includes anti-virus but not exclusively. Anti-Virus technologies have limitations with what they are designed to do. While AV is a great tool to protect a client system, it isn’t capable of finding some of the more advanced threats that are on the Internet such as polymorphic worms and other malicious software (malware). In many cases where these get into a client’s environment, KIS has found that most AV tools are not able to properly scan and remove the source problem but does remove some of the payload the source left behind. This causes the malware to rerun and reinfect the system time and time again and also results in a confused end-user.

KIS works with a number of partners who have very sophisticated tools developed specifically for this new type of threat and are designed to work with or as the AV solution.
